Individual Assessment + Corrective Exercise Plan
Move better. Strengthen weak links. Build a stronger foundation.
The Leverage Architect Mobility Assessment is a focused 30-minute session designed to evaluate mobility, movement quality, and areas that may be limiting your ability to move efficiently during training and everyday activity.
During the assessment, we will evaluate relevant movement patterns and identify areas of restricted mobility, muscular weakness, instability, or compensation that may be affecting your movement.
Your Assessment Includes:
- Individual mobility and movement assessment
- Identification of mobility restrictions and potential weak areas
- Evaluation of movement quality and compensatory patterns
- Corrective exercise recommendations
- Personalized corrective exercise plan designed to improve mobility and strengthen identified weak areas
- Guidance on how to incorporate corrective exercises into your existing training routine
Who Is This For?
This assessment is ideal for lifters who feel restricted during certain exercises, struggle to achieve proper lifting positions, notice movement asymmetries, or simply want to improve overall mobility and movement quality.
Free Weight Technique & Execution Assessment
Better setup. Better execution. More intentional lifting.
The Leverage Architect Lifting Technique Assessment is a 60-minute individualized coaching session focused on evaluating how you perform exercises using barbells and dumbbells.
Rather than simply completing reps, we break down how you approach the lift—from setup and positioning to execution and completion—so you can better understand where your technique can be improved.
Your Assessment Includes:
- Evaluation of selected barbell and/or dumbbell exercises
- Review of setup and starting position
- Assessment of movement pattern and exercise execution
- Review of bracing, positioning, stability, and control
- Identification of technique inefficiencies and compensations
- Real-time coaching and technique corrections
- Exercise-specific recommendations and coaching cues
- Recommendations for drills or accessory movements that may help improve execution
Depending on the complexity of the lifts selected, multiple movements may be assessed during the session.
Ideal For:
- Beginner lifters learning proper technique
- New powerlifters and strength athletes
- Lifters struggling with consistency in a particular movement
- Anyone wanting an experienced set of eyes on their lifting technique
Whether you're working on a barbell squat, bench press, deadlift, dumbbell movement, or another free-weight exercise, the goal is to help you understand how you move, why a correction is being made, and how to reproduce better execution during future training.
Duration: 90 minutes
