Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Item Policy

We take pride in the quality of our apparel and want to make things right if there is an issue with your order.

If your item arrives damaged in transit, you receive an incorrect item, or there is a defect in the print quality, please contact us at within 14 days of receiving your order.

When contacting us, please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the item and the damage, incorrect product, or print defect. Photos help us review and resolve your request as quickly as possible.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange for an appropriate replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances. You will not be responsible for return or replacement shipping costs for verified damaged, incorrect, or defective items.

Because our products are made to order, normal variations in garment color, print placement, or appearance that fall within reasonable production tolerances may not qualify as defects.

Claims submitted after the 14-day reporting period or for items that have been damaged through normal wear, washing, improper care, alteration, or misuse may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Please do not return an item without contacting us first and receiving instructions.

Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase and get the right fit. If you need a different size, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a size exchange.

Items are eligible for exchange only for a different size of the same item and design. To qualify, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition.

To request an exchange, contact us with your order number, item purchased, original size, and requested replacement size. Please wait for exchange instructions before returning your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with size exchanges. Replacement items are subject to availability. Because our apparel is made to order, we cannot guarantee that every size will remain available.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior authorization are not eligible for exchange.
